Mc' Clover Manor

In honor of Saint Patrick's day I made an Irish themed house. Every thing i the house is either green or gold which adds to the Irish mood of the house. The Garage has a nice car in it, its an expensive one but the house come with a Sim living in it so don't worry about using mother lode to get the house. As I mentioned the house does have one resident who also fits into the house's theme- it's a leprechaun. So, If your Sim is ready to Party Like the Irish give this house a try!

The Future Shock Crater

In honer of my two Future shock Recs on the website I decide to make a future Shock themed house. The house kind of has a future/alien type feel to in being set in a crater. The crater itself is surrounded by a chain link fence and military guard towers. It has a one car Garage in the form of an old shed. The house is a very open layout, the living room, kitchena and study fitting into the main floor with a second floor bed room. Outside the house is a small area where a futuristic hottub from the set is placed. Some of the Items needed for the house were not included in the house, for instance there is no future shock bed so I improvised and used a high end loft bed. So there is the requirement of High End Loft Stuff for this house. Also by the fence there are a few cones from Fast lane but the game will take them out if you don't own that stuff pack. So head on over the the exchange and get a Sims 3 Pics made house!
